24013 Fern Cres - Full House Renovation

This was a complete interior renovation of a rancher in Maple Ridge, BC. We added two additions to make the space flow better, allowing a huge en-suite bathroom off of the master bedroom and a walk-in closet. The Kitchen was relocated from the center of the house, allowing a massive entryway to create a welcoming space as you enter the house. The client had a set budget, we worked with them to select finishes that would align with the budget and created efficiency using the same tile in multiple spaces, we also used a more expensive countertop for the island only, saving money on the perimeter counters with a modest quartz selection.
